Understanding people to help them authentically see themselves has been my primary objective since entering the field of mental health, specifically dedicating my time to helping enrich the lives of others. In my years of experience, I have met with people of all ages, listening to and absorbing their stories, eventually helping them to make small steps leading into big changes in their lives. I currently provide therapy to various populations (military, children and adults), specializing in CBT, strength-based and solution-focused techniques to address concerns in areas of trauma, ADHD, depression, anxiety, relational issues, and adjustment challenges.
