Bre utilizes a variety of different therapeutic techniques, including CBT, solution-focused, motivational interviewing, person-centered, strength-based, and faith-based, when requested. With a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Bre has worked with a wide range of people working through many challenges, like trauma and strain in relationships. She has also worked with parents and their children to address depression, anxiety, managing ADHD, divorce, school stressors, and more.
