Hello! My name is Haley Brennan and I am a Mental Health Counselor, currently working under my Limited Permit. I have a Master’s of Mental Health Counseling from Manhattan College and have worked as a clinician in a variety of settings. I have expertise treating individuals with eating disorders and co-occurring mental health symptoms including anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma and personality disorders and have experience working with clients navigating challenging interpersonal relationships and life transitions. I utilize a trauma-informed and person-centered approach while integrating a mix of DBT, CBT, CPT and ACT to best suit my client’s individual needs. My approach is non-judgmental, supportive and validating and I intend to meet each client with unconditional empathy and compassion as we collaborate to achieve their therapeutic goals.
