Jen is well-versed in treating depression, anxiety, complex trauma and co-occurring mental health diagnoses in children and adults. She works well with neurodiverse clients and those with emotional regulation issues. She works closely with her clients with many of the common modalities including Internal Family Systems, DBT, CBT, and EMDR. She often incorporates art and creativity as additional support. Jen strives to help clients find what works for their goals and needs both in the short and long term.
