My approach to care:

Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Katherine attended the University of Georgia for her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Following a stint in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, Katherine earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health from the University of Denver. Through her studies, she sought a better understanding of the human experience by looking at the way each individual story contributes to the greater cultural narrative.

Katherine specializes in the treatment of eating disorders, ADHD, and trauma. To do this, she draws from the most evidence-based practices to create a connection that is both grounded in research and cultivated in authenticity. Katherine utilizes ACT, DBT, CBT, FBT (Family-Based Therapy), and EFFT. Over the past years of her practice, Katherine has worked at the inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient levels of care. She has significant experience in treating Eating Disorders, Mood Disorders, and ADHD in children, adolescents, and young adults. Katherine also has experience working with families and caregivers.
