My approach to care:

Hi, my name is Maci Luther and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor that specializes in the treatment of eating disorders and mood disorders including anxiety, depression, and OCD. My therapeutic style is curious, collaborative, warm, and draws on the most evidence-based practices, specifically Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), to create a treatment plan that is customized to you and your unique needs. I have experience supporting adults, young adults, and children in the healing process at the inpatient, residential, and outpatient levels of care. Additionally, I work with families and caregivers that are struggling to support a loved one affected by mental illness.
