She guides clients through the art therapy process to aid in healing and personal growth. Art therapy provides a safe place to express tough feelings, thoughts and emotions through the language of art-making, when verbal processing can be challenging. No prior experience with art-making is necessary as Meggan will promote a safe, non-judgmental space for your creativity and exploration. She is also experienced in utilizing mindfulness, meditation and somatic strategies to benefit the mind-body connection.
