Let’s begin: I’m so glad you are here. My practice offers an individualized approach that focuses on empowering you. Is life filled with conflict? Do you feel anxious or unhappy, or just exhausted all the time? Trauma and wounds impact all of us, and repair work is a process. Feeling stuck in the past or a painful experience is something that does not have to be the way you walk through the world. I believe that healing takes place when we feel understood. My hope is to guide you through a process to gain a sense of control on your journey with an upward momentum. My style engages you by listening to you reflect on your experience, exploring by understanding the root cause of your concerns, collaborating to establish a shared purpose, and developing a plan that supports your goals.
