Hello! My name is Tessa and I am a humanistic therapist whose approach is collaborative, warm and judgment free. My practice is centered around creating a nurturing environment where clients grappling with relationship issues, anxiety, depression and/or low self-esteem can feel understood and supported, guiding them towards healing and personal growth. I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities including internal family systems, nature-based therapy, somatic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and person-centered therapy.
