Tracy (she/her) is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse with her Master of Science in Nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University. Tracy began her career as a registered nurse on an Inpatient Adult Acute Psychiatry Unit. As a Nurse Practitioner, she has experience working in a Crisis Stabilization Unit, with the aging population, with adults with mild to severe mental illness and those with complex medical issues. Tracy uses a collaborative and holistic approach to develop a personalized treatment plan for each client that emphasizes the importance of shared decision-making and she believes medication management is just one part of successful psychiatric care. Tracy is part of the LGTBQ+ community and when she’s not working, Tracy enjoys running, hiking, playing soccer, being outside spending time with her friends and family.
